Ultimate Heliport is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support the finance function by managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial data, supporting accounts payable and receivable functions, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and audit readiness.

Essential Job Functions

 Transaction Processing 

  • Capture and process supplier invoices and credit notes

Flight Operations Administrator

About This Position

  • Provide day-to-day office and administrative support to the Flight Operations Manager.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication flow.
  • Act as point of contact for Flight Crew queries, escalating matters where required.
  • Administer updates for new crew starts and maintain crew-related documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and formatting of both regular and ad hoc reports.

Technical Administrator

About This Position

The Technical Administrator in the aviation industry is responsible for managing, maintaining, and organizing all technical documentation and records related to aircraft operations and maintenance. This role ensures that all technical data—including maintenance logs, airworthiness records, service bulletins, and compliance documentation—is accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory standards such as those set by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). The Technical Administrator works closely with the RPA, maintenance teams, and external stakeholders to support maintenance planning, audit readiness, and documentation management. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with aviation technical records systems and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain and control aircraft technical records in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements.

Bell 412 Engineer

About This Position

Operating both in South Africa and in sister African our Company requires the service of a Licensed Bell 412 Engineer. The Engineer  will be positioned in South Africa (Gauteng) and may rotate to South Sudan as and when required.

The Engineer  is responsible for the daily airworthiness and safety of Company operated aircraft and articles in an assigned geographic territory of bases as assigned, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for validating the aircraft Status Reports for aircraft assigned.
  • Responsible for advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any maintenance issues that would take an aircraft out of service.
  • Request aviation parts and supplies in order to maintain an adequate and orderly inventory.
  • Effectively able to communicate with engineers, pilots, and the client.
  • Must be able to adapt to a new location with limited knowledge of the surrounding area.
