Flight Operations Administrator
About This Position
- Provide day-to-day office and administrative support to the Flight Operations Manager.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring efficient communication flow.
- Act as point of contact for Flight Crew queries, escalating matters where required.
- Administer updates for new crew starts and maintain crew-related documentation.

Technical Administrator
About This Position
The Technical Administrator in the aviation industry is responsible for managing, maintaining, and organizing all technical documentation and records related to aircraft operations and maintenance. This role ensures that all technical data—including maintenance logs, airworthiness records, service bulletins, and compliance documentation—is accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory standards such as those set by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). The Technical Administrator works closely with the RPA, maintenance teams, and external stakeholders to support maintenance planning, audit readiness, and documentation management. Bell 412 Engineer
About This Position
Operating both in South Africa and in sister African our Company requires the service of a Licensed Bell 412 Engineer. The Engineer will be positioned in South Africa (Gauteng) and may rotate to South Sudan as and when required.
The Engineer is responsible for the daily airworthiness and safety of Company operated aircraft and articles in an assigned geographic territory of bases as assigned, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Responsible for advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any maintenance issues that would take an aircraft out of service.
- Request aviation parts and supplies in order to maintain an adequate and orderly inventory.
- Effectively able to communicate with engineers, pilots, and the client.
- Must be able to adapt to a new location with limited knowledge of the surrounding area.
